PLEASE RSVP SEPARATELY HERE.This is a 30 minute cardio fitness class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is located at 1401 New York Avenue NW. Please arrive no later than 5pm. Please bring athletic attire as there are changing rooms and showers. Please bring water as this is an exercise class, if you forget water is available for purchase for $2.
